First let’s begin with the four Cs of diamond. It is cut, clarity, color and carat. These are the major four things that decide the price and quality of a diamond.
- First cut, a fine cut diamond has 57 or 58 fates. It is the idea cut of diamond that would price a bit costly, because buying most fine cut diamond that can’t be better would be certainly expensive. Then it comes to clarity. Clarity is measured in inclusion VVS1 – VVS2, VS1 – VS2, SI1 – SI2 and I1, I2 and I3. These are the unit of measuring of clarity. Here v stands for very, s stands for slightly and I stand for inclusion. Now the slight is the inclusion the fine diamond you have and the expensive also.
- Now color. Colored diamonds are expensive than non color diamonds. You can buy a diamond in many colors such as yellow, green, blue, red and many more. Now it is about carat. Carat is the unit of measuring weight of diamonds. Like 0.5 carat, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 or 3.0 carats. Now the more carat your diamond have that means the heavier it is and more expensive too. Now you can make a combination of its features according to your requirements and budget.
